About Us

Founded in 2017, Davidbelle Design is a reputable building design firm serving the greater Illawarra region of NSW. Led by owner and director David Dimovski, the firm aims to combine its passion for design with a commitment to better building practices. David brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, having completed a Diploma of Building Design and an Advanced Diploma of Mechanical Engineering.

As a certified Passive Haus designer, David specializes in creating energy-efficient and sustainable homes with a main focus on occupant comfort and wellbeing and an increased longevity and durability of the buildings he designs.

 

While we primarily focus on serving the Illawarra region, we have also undertaken successful projects in the far south coast and inland NSW. At Davidbelle Design, we believe that every home functions as a machine, tailored to the unique needs and preferences of our clients. We take pride in our ability to deliver stunning, functional, and eco-friendly residences that surpass expectations and inspire a lifetime of enjoyment.
