We are available to consult face to face and assist by making recommendations to improve your design ideas and answer questions that you may have about increasing the energy efficiency and comfort of your home.

Our 3D modelling is exceptional, we can vary the amount of detail as required by our clients and basically build the home in 3D prior to the physical build starting. This helps to eliminate surprises come build time and allows the client and builder to visualise the finished product meaning a smoother design stage followed by a faster build.

A development application can be quite challenging at times, but we make the whole submission process easy. We will take care of the plans, the reports, the NSW planning portal lodgement, and the general administration between external contractors on your behalf utilising our local network of professionals to get into council as fast as possible.

Typically, a builder will need a basic set of plans to provide some initial pricing to a client or a client may be after an indication of the potential costs of a project prior to obtaining a formal approval. We can prepare documentation that allows a builder to prepare an initial estimate or even a final tender.

Davidbelle Design has access to several Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) software packages allowing us to create highly detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details in many different formats. Our plans are easy to read, detailed and give the clients and the builder a clear representation of the design.

Put that tape meassure down! At Davidbelle Design we have state of the art 3D laser scanning equipment at the ready allowing us to document existing buildings accurately and in a short amount of time. Our 3D scanning service is perfect renovation work as it creates a 3D model of the existing dwelling and surrounding site conditions aiding in the design phase of a project.

Want to avoid going to council? CDC may be the way to go. A CDC is an alternate path of approval to a DA. A CDC is a certificate /approval issued by a Private Certifier Authority (PCA) allowing the project to bypass a council assessment. A CDC can be used to build a new home, renovate, multi-residential development and even smaller projects like adding a shed or granny flat in the backyard.
